Pesach Cleaning for Rosh Hashanna: Thoughts and Tales from a Jewish Psychologist by Dr. Ruth Benjamin PhD

What kind of copper-gold thread links Pesach and Rosh Hashanah? What links are there between Pesach Cleaning which is very systematic and practical and doing Tesuvah which is very spiritual and focused on self searching. Both involve intensive and vigorous searching and cleaning and getting ‘rid ‘ of anything that should not be there. How to do Tesuvah is often very vague and linking it to the ‘methods’ of Pesach can make it more ‘do-able’ and less daunting. Obviously other factors are covered in this book such as ‘Amolek and Moshiach’, ‘Do We Know Who we Really Are? And ‘Anger and Distance’. This book is a combination of some of my stories and articles many of which have been printed in various journals and books
