Essential Torah Words, Names, and Phrases, a book unlike any other. Arranged in an easy-to-read format, the book outlines many of the words and phrases found in the Torah. Names of Rabbis, Sages, Admorim, Geonim, Prophets, and Tzaddikim are listed. Many of the Rabbis are known by the seforim they wrote, the places that they lived in, and the Hasidic Dynasties they were a part of. The book includes the names of all the laws of the Rambam’s Mishneh Torah in an A-to-Z format. English translations to Lashon Kodesh, Hebrew, are conveniently listed to the right of each word, name, and phrase in the book. Also included is an extensive listing of Torah related websites and a bibliography of more than 70 books, to be used as a springboard for further learning. The book is available only as a paperback and can be used on Shabbat and Yom Tov. It is intended for men and women, of all ages and levels, to increase their Yiddishkeit and knowledge, whether they had a formal Jewish education, in a Yeshiva or Beis Yaakov, or not. It is a book for Klal Yisrael and those who seek to learn about the Torah and the wisdom of the Jewish heritage and tradition.
